Citizens Xelerator Action Laboratory in Portugal
On April 17th, with our partner Barafunda, we developed the “Social Empathy” session, in a microlearning format.
The 18 participants are part of the professional RVCC (recognition, validation and certification of skills) group in the areas of Caregiver for children and young people, Educational Action and Sociocultural Animator at CQ-Barafunda AJCSS. The most dynamic and participated activity, coinciding with the preferred activity, was “Putting yourself in their shoes” – a learning dynamic between peers to develop empathetic communication skills! The development of this theme, especially practical learning, was considered very useful and necessary, both in a personal and professional environment.”
