Kicking off the project – Seeing each other in Portugal!
The partners of the CitizensXelerator project had a chance to meet for the first time in person during the Kick-off Meeting that took place on 7 and 8 March 2023 in Matosinhos, Portugal.
We were hosted by the leading project partner, Mentortec and started the meeting by discussing the impact of having access to educational opportunities.
With the CitizensXelerator project, the partners aim to develop, test and mainstream a model and resources for the assessment and development of personal, social and learning competences of adults with unmet literacy needs.
During the meeting, we also had an opportunity to review upcoming tasks and activities in the development of:
- LifeComp cards collection
- Citizens Xelerator Model
- Citizens Xelerator Kit
- Citizens Xelerator Labs
- Citizens Xelerator Network
The partners discussed which groups of learners we’d like to support in developing personal, social, digital, entrepreneurial, financial and green skills. You can access the full list here.
