Driving sustainability: ActionAid Hellas advances the Citizens Xelerator legacy

On Friday, November 15, 2024, ActionAid Hellas hosted a forward-looking session as part of the Citizens Xelerator project.

The event focused on the sustainability and broader application of the project’s results, bringing together members of adult education institutions, NGOs, and policymakers.

Participants engaged in dynamic discussions about the LifeComp Cards, Model, and Kit developed by the project. They explored the value and usefulness of these resources for their own work and for advancing adult education practices more broadly.

A remarkable outcome of the session was the collective commitment of all participants to integrate at least two of the resources into their own initiatives. Moreover, they identified additional opportunities for utilizing these tools in diverse fields, expanding their potential impact.

The session concluded with participants expressing their willingness to join the Citizens Xelerator Network. By becoming members, they pledged to strengthen and expand the reach of the project’s work, ensuring its long-term impact.
