At the Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed‘s Learning Hub, our Education Projects Officer Ruby Cooney and Adult Education Initiatives Officer Larisa Sioneriu recently facilitated a self-advocacy workshop with twenty engaged learners.

Participants, involved in the Building Futures and Shaping Futures training programmes, developed skills to confidently navigate civic spaces and amplify their voices.

This workshop is part of the Citizens Xelerator Project Create Your Own Action, designed to strengthen civic and democratic

literacy among adults.
